Warranty Policy

Techafon's terms and conditions for warranty coverage on all products and services.

1.Refurbished Phones and Laptops Warranty

All refurbished phones and laptops sold by Techafon Store carry a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Hardware defects
  • Faulty components resulting from refurbishment
  • Device malfunction under normal use conditions

If a covered fault occurs, Techafon may:

  • Repair the device
  • Replace faulty components
  • Replace the device with an equivalent refurbished unit
  • Provide store credit where repair or replacement is not possible

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (cracked screens, broken ports, dents)
  • Liquid or water damage
  • Damage caused by drops or accidents
  • Devices opened or repaired by unauthorized technicians
  • Software issues caused by third-party installations
  • Battery wear caused by normal usage

2.Warranty for New Phones and Laptops

New phones and laptops carry a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Warranty service may be provided by:

  • Techafon Store
  • The manufacturer or authorized service provider

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunction under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software issues not related to the original device

3.Warranty for Repairs

All repairs carried out by Techafon Store carry a 3-month limited warranty on the repaired component.

This warranty covers:

  • Faults related to the repaired part or service provided

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage to other unrelated components
  • Physical damage after repair
  • Liquid damage after repair
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair

4.Warranty for Gadgets and Accessories

Accessories and gadgets such as chargers, cables, earphones, adapters, and power banks carry a 7-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Incorrect usage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incompatible devices

5.Warranty for Phone and Computer Parts

Phone and computer parts sold by Techafon Store carry a 7-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty claims will only be accepted if:

  • The part has not been physically damaged
  • The part has not been improperly installed
  • The part has not been modified or tampered with

Parts that are damaged during installation may not qualify for warranty replacement.

6.General Warranty Conditions

The following conditions apply to all warranties:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Warranty begins on the date of purchase
  • Techafon technicians must inspect all warranty claims
  • Warranty does not include data recovery or data loss
  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repairs

7.Limitation of Liability

Techafon Store shall not be responsible for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of business or income
  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from device failure
